Eligibility for Refunds

• Each search generates a unique Search ID. If you encounter an issue, provide the Search ID when reporting the problem.
• Refunds are only issued if there is a valid issue with the search result, such as technical errors or failure to deliver expected functionality.
• Searches that return results unrelated to the person uploaded are not eligible for refunds, as stated in our terms of service.

Types of Refunds

• We offer two types of refunds: credit refunds to your MambaPanel account or direct payment method refunds.
• Refunds are processed based on the nature of the issue and the user's preference, where applicable.

How to Request a Refund

• Contact our support team with the Search ID and a detailed explanation of the issue.
• Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds if the claim is invalid or violates our terms of service.

Important Notes

• Refunds are not provided for user errors, such as uploading low-quality or incorrect photos.
• Make sure to follow the guidelines for uploading photos to ensure accurate results.
