Manual Refund Eligibility

When automated systems don't catch technical issues, you can request manual refunds for the following situations:

  • Search Failures Technical failures that prevent search completion or cause system errors during processing
  • Payment Processing Errors Duplicate purchases when users accidentally buy the same product twice
  • System Downtime Searches affected by unexpected maintenance periods or service outages

Verification Required

Non-Refundable Situations

The following circumstances do not qualify for refunds under our policy:

  • Poor Search Results Unsatisfactory results, no matches found, or results showing different individuals than expected
  • Low Quality Images Searches using blurry, low resolution, or poor quality photos that yield limited results
  • User-Initiated Cancellation Incomplete searches due to closing browser, navigating away, or changing your mind
  • Account Violations Banned accounts due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds of any kind
  • Successful Searches Completed searches that functioned as designed, regardless of user satisfaction with results
