Does this service work worldwide?
Yes, our service works globally. We search faces across worldwide databases, public websites, and other sources.
Why are the vast majority of your services paid?
Server costs, API connection costs, and database storage are not free. It is not possible to offer everything for free without making ourselves bankrupt. We maintain massive databases with billions of faces, run powerful search algorithms, and provide reliable infrastructure - all of which require significant ongoing investment.
We do offer a completely free search engine with 300K faces so you can test our technology before purchasing credits.
Do you look at people's results?
No, we do not monitor your results. We log your searches for you to access in your account history, but we do not review or monitor individual search results.

When you start a face search, our anti-abuse system will check if the face appears to be under 12 years old to prevent abuse. If it passes this check, the search proceeds normally. However, we do not monitor your account or searches beyond this automated safety check - that would not be possible at our scale.
Your Privacy: All searches are completely private and only visible in your own account.
My face is inside your database - can I remove it?
Yes, you can easily remove your face from our database. Either use the removal tool in your dashboard or visit mambapanel.com/removeface. The process is free and takes about 30 seconds. Once approved, no users can see results for your face in searches.
How accurate are the search results?
Our accuracy varies by engine:

How private are my searches?
All searches are completely private. We don't share your search history or uploaded photos with other users or third parties. Your searches are only visible in your own account history.
How long do you keep search data?
Storage times vary by search type:
  • Deep Search: Stored for 1 year unless you manually delete them
  • Free Search: Stored for 1 year unless you manually delete them
  • Standard Search: Could be deleted after 30 days
Uploaded photos are removed from our servers immediately after processing.
Can I delete my search history?
Yes, you can delete individual searches or your entire search history at any time from your dashboard. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
