Flux Search also offers enhanced accuracy and partial face detection, making it ideal for more advanced or specific investigations.
Can I search using partial or masked faces?
No, our Standard Search engine requires clear face pictures for accurate results. Only our Flux Search engine (separate from the 1.8B face database) can handle partial faces and different angles.
How often is the database updated?
Our database is updated every 2 days with approximately 10,000-100,000 new faces added.
Do you offer refunds?
After running a search, we do not offer refunds. However, if there's a technical glitch or issue, we can refund your credits if our system hasn't already automatically refunded them.
