- Explanation of your marketing strategy and why the referrals should be considered legitimate
- Any additional evidence demonstrating honest, good-faith marketing efforts

Good Faith Policy

However, the burden of proof is on you to demonstrate legitimacy.
Appeals Are Not Guaranteed
