These matches are backed by our financial guarantee for accuracy. When we show 100%, we're confident enough to put money behind it.

When Do You Qualify for Our Guarantee?

Our system shows a 100% confidence match - this is our highest certainty level for facial recognition.

Wrong Person? If the 100% match shows a different person than you uploaded & you are a Gold Plan user, you qualify for our guarantee program.

How to Open a Claim

Locate the Claim Button

On your Deep Search results page, if there are matches with 100% confidence, a dedicated claim button will appear at the bottom of the page. This button is only visible when you have results that qualify for our financial guarantee program.

Alternatively, you can copy your Search ID and visit MambaPanel.com/open-claim directly. Your Search ID can be found at the top of your results page.

Find Your Search ID

If you need to access the claim page later, you'll need your unique Search ID. This identifier is displayed prominently at the top of your search results page and in your search history.

Copy this ID and navigate to MambaPanel.com/open-claim to begin the claim process at any time within 30 days of your original search.

Select False Positive Matches

Once you visit the claim page, you'll be asked to select which match cards you believe are false positives. You can select one or more matches that you believe show the wrong person.

Important Policy Note:

Our policy will only payout $1,000 total per search. Not per match card. We do not issue separate payouts for each incorrect match within a single search. Additionally, we do not issue payouts or refunds for cases involving AI-generated facial matches. If you uploaded an AI-generated face or if the system matched to an AI-generated image, this is not covered under our guarantee program.

Claim Submitted for Review

Once you submit your claim, it immediately enters our comprehensive human review process. Since you've claimed our AI has provided a false positive, we cannot rely on AI to verify the match accuracy.

Our trained human reviewers will carefully compare your uploaded face against the match cards you've disputed. This manual verification process ensures fair and accurate claim resolution.

Track Your Claim Status

You can monitor your claim's progress through your account dashboard. The review process typically takes 48-72 hours to complete. You'll receive email notifications when your claim status changes.

Once the review is complete, you'll be notified of the decision. If approved, Gold Plan users will receive their $1,000 payout through their selected payment method, while Standard users will have their 10 credits restored to their account.

How Our Claim Review Process Works

When you submit a financial guarantee claim, it enters a comprehensive three-stage verification system designed to ensure fair and accurate resolution. This process typically takes 48-72 hours to complete.

Dual Independent Human Review

Two separate human reviewers examine your claim independently. They analyze the original search image, the reported match result, and any supporting evidence you've provided. Crucially, these reviewers work in isolation and cannot see each other's conclusions until both have completed their analysis. This prevents groupthink and ensures each reviewer forms their own unbiased opinion about whether the faces match.

Independent AI Verification System

Simultaneously, your images are processed through a completely separate facial comparison AI system that operates independently from our Deep Search engine. This secondary system uses different algorithms, different training data, and different matching criteria. This provides an additional layer of verification that's free from any potential systematic biases in our primary matching system.

Final Decision and Payout

For Gold Plan users: If both human reviewers determine that the faces do not match (confirming a false positive), we process a $1,000 USD payout through your selected payment method. If either reviewer confirms the match is accurate, the claim is denied.

For Standard users: The same review process applies but with only one human reviewer. If the reviewer confirms a false positive, we restore the 10 credits used for the search back to your account. Standard users do not receive financial payouts, only credit restoration.

Valid Claim Requirements

Not all disputed results qualify for our financial guarantee. Here are the specific requirements that must be met:

Requirements for Gold Plan Financial Guarantee:

The search must have returned exactly 100% confidence (not 99% or below)
You must be an active Gold Plan subscriber at the time of the search
The claim must be submitted within 30 days of the original search
You must have used the Deep Search feature specifically (not our other search engines)

Requirements for Standard Plan Credit Restoration:

Same 100% confidence requirement as Gold Plan users
Credit restoration limited to the 10 credits used for the original search
No financial payout - only account credit restoration

What Doesn't Qualify:

Results showing 99% or lower confidence levels
Claims about people who look very similar but are different individuals
Disputes over image quality or search parameters
Claims submitted more than 30 days after the original search
Searches conducted with expired or inactive subscriptions
AI-generated facial images - We do not cover cases where the uploaded face is AI-generated or where the match result shows an AI-generated face. Our guarantee only applies to real human faces.
Multiple match disputes - Our policy issues only $1,000 total per search, not per individual match card. Even if multiple match cards in a single search are incorrect, the maximum payout is $1,000.
Deepfakes or manipulated images - Images that have been digitally altered, deepfaked, or synthesized are not covered under our guarantee program.
