Once you visit the claim page, you'll be asked to select which match cards you believe are false positives. You can select one or more matches that you believe show the wrong person.
Our policy will only payout $1,000 total per searchNot per match card. We do not issue separate payouts for each incorrect match within a single search. Additionally, we do not issue payouts or refunds for cases involving AI-generated facial matches. If you uploaded an AI-generated face or if the system matched to an AI-generated image, this is not covered under our guarantee program.

Crucially, these reviewers work in isolation and cannot see each other's conclusions until both have completed their analysis. This prevents groupthink and ensures each reviewer forms their own unbiased opinion about whether the faces match.
Simultaneously, your images are processed through a completely separate facial comparison AI system that operates independently from our Deep Search engine. This secondary system uses different algorithms, different training data, and different matching criteria. This provides an additional layer of verification that's free from any potential systematic biases in our primary matching system.
For Gold Plan users: If both human reviewers determine that the faces do not match (confirming a false positive), we process a $1,000 USD payout through your selected payment method. If either reviewer confirms the match is accurate, the claim is denied.
For Standard users: The same review process applies but with only one human reviewer. If the reviewer confirms a false positive, we restore the 10 credits used for the search back to your account. Standard users do not receive financial payouts, only credit restoration.
